The 1st quarterly plenary meeting of DARLENE took place virtually on the 17th of December 2020.

On the 17th of December 2021, the 1st quarterly plenary meeting of DARLENE (DEEP AR LAW ENFORCEMENT ECOSYSTEM) project took place by a virtual meeting. The virtual meeting was hosted by the project coordinator Dr. Dimitrios Tzovaras, representing Information Technologies Institute from Greece.

This plenary meeting was attended by representatives from 15 organization/industries that participate in the consortium coming from 10 European and International Countries. The main scope of the meeting was for all the partners to give an update on the work packages’ developments and tasks they are working on as well the next steps of DARLENE project. Each work package leader in collaboration with the task leaders gave a review on tasks’ progress.

DARLENE is an EU-funded project, under the Horizon 2020, RIA – Research and Innovation action. The project aims to offer European Law Enforcement Agencies a proactive security solution that will enable them to sort through massive volumes of data to predict, anticipate and prevent criminal activities.
